When you access the Site or its content, we (or third-party companies we engage) may place small data files, such as cookies or pixel tags, on your computer or other device. We use these technologies to: – Recognize you as a returning user; – Personalize our services, content, and advertising; and – Gather information about your device to mitigate risk and prevent fraud.
You may decline our cookies if your browser or add-on settings allow it; however, doing so may limit or interfere with your ability to use the Site. Most browsers and add-ons provide instructions in their help or settings sections for blocking, deleting, or disabling cookies.
We do not share personal or sensitive information with advertising partners. However, certain partners may collect your incoming IP address in connection with your Site visits—for example, to accurately track new user acquisitions from advertising campaigns and prevent double-counting.

Upon termination or deactivation of your Fácil Capital account on the Site, we may retain your profile information and user content and information for backup, archival, or audit purposes.
Links to or from Other Websites and Services
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or information handling of any websites or services linked to or from the Site. When you follow a link from the Site to another website or service, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. Your browsing, interactions, and any activities on third-party websites or services—including those with links or advertisements on our Site—are governed solely by that third party’s own rules and policies. You further agree that we are not responsible and have no control over any third parties you authorize to access your user content. If you use a third-party website or service (such as LinkedIn) and grant it access to your content, you do so at your own risk.
